Connie_Boling_CCHT

Hello. My name is Connie Boling CCHT,NLP. and I would like to welcome you to  the Online Store for Ndependence Hypnosis and Succeeding with Hypnosis.

I would like to start by just telling you a little about myself.  I am one of those people that suffer from addiction issues.  I am an alcoholic, smoker and I have a tendency to slip in severe states of depression at times.  A few years ago something pretty amazing dawned on me....  Life was controlling me!!

I needed change and I needed it now!  The first change I made was to give up drinking. This did not only involve giving up alcohol but also my social life.  I had spent many years living the bar life, I think pretty much all my friends were drinkers.  Not to mention I was quite the Dart player in my time.  I was a top 5 female player in the State of Washington, and a top 5 player in the State of Idaho.  I had been to the World Championship Dart Tournament four times.  So this decision alone made a dramatic impact on my life.

At first I thought I would be able to keep the friends that I had made over the years.  But I was sadly mistaken.  Not that they minded me not drinking, it's just that they had no intention of stopping.  So anytime we did anything together, the first place they would want to stop is at the local watering hole serving alcohol.  I would patiently sit there while they had one drink, that led to another, then another.....and then another... and an amazing thing dawned on me...drunk people...do not make very much sense.  So to make a long story short, I had to part ways with my friends in order to maintain my sobriety.

Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against people who drink.  I mean how could I?  My only issue is that I can not allow myself to fall back into that life.  I lost many friends to car accidents, saw many of them disabled because of car accidents and the worse thing to me, was not what might happen to me, but what might happen to the innocent victim in the other car.

When I made the decision to quit drinking the first thing I tried of course was AA.  After one meeting though I realized this was not for me, maybe it was just the meeting I attended, I don't know.  But, the only thing these people talked about was all their previous drunks. To me it was like sitting there re-living the drinking without the alcohol.  I do wish however I would have given AA another chance, and I do believe that anyone who has lived a life of drinking should really use AA as one of the tools in order to quit.  I say this because of the social aspect that AA helps bring into the picture.  When you quit drinking without AA it is very hard to re-establish a social network for yourself, which comes built in with AA.

I was told that I would never be able to stay off alcohol without AA.  But it's always fun to prove someone wrong!  I have been sober now for almost 10 years.  I have an occasional drink here and there, but funny thing is, now I don;t really like the taste of alcohol and I certainly don't like the way it makes me feel.

I was successful because I used the techniques of positive affirmations, rewards, meditation and a form of self-hypnosis to keep me calm and relaxed and fight off those urges I had trying to pull me back in a life of alcohol.

I think its quite common when talking to hypnotherapists, that most became interested in the field because of a life changing event that they were able to over come using hypnosis. But for me, it was losing my job that drove me into the field of hypnosis.  I had known all my life how powerful hypnosis was, and I had always been interested in it, but it was not my first career choice.  Now however I have no idea why it wasn't because once you learn the techniques of hypnosis, you learn how amazing and powerful hypnosis really is. The most amazing part is you learn how easy hypnosis is.  It's such a fantastic tool, I can't imagine anyone not wanting to use it.

My original ideas of hypnosis were all false however, or most of them anyway.  What I have learned now, by combining Hypnosis with NLP you don't even have to be in a trance state in order to experience a powerful change in your life.  With the proper language, change becomes instant.  .

My depression is getting better day by day and its all thanks to the wonderful power of Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, NLP and Emotional Freedom Techniques. Working with my clients it's amazing how much change can take place in them as well as myself..

My  MP3 downloads will be available soon, currently there are a couple of free sessions available in the registered section of the Ndependence Site.  I have also searched the web and found some amazing products at great prices that are sure to change your life!  All these products offer a full money back guarantee!  There is nothing to lose...
